This single vineyard bottling, all from the Knudsen Vineyard, this Blanc de Blancs has been sourced from own-rooted Dijon Clone Chardonnay in Julia Lee’s Block since the wine’s first bottling in 1995.
Fresh, crisp and toasty with tree fruit nuances on the nose and palate. This alcohol free selection is made in a Chardonnay Brut with lively bubbles that dance in your mouth. A great alternative for festive occasions!
Chardonnay provides a depth and structure, while the Ugni Blanc offers natural acididty and freshness. The light-bodied Gamay provides vibrant fruit expressions and a smooth texture.
Aromas: Bright aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry combine with notes of lilac and violet.
