Even subtle differences in growing conditions can strongly influence a wine’s character.
As the second site where we have planted Chardonnay vineyards, beautiful Santa Barbara County is slightly warmer than the Santa Lucia Highlands.
At harvest we pick the grapes a little earlier, creating a wine with natural acidity and crispness.
A light straw color, features scents of melon and lavender, layered with soft notes of wet stone that call to mind a late-summer rain.
Entry on the palate is light and then builds, with flavors that are just on the edge of ripeness, from peaches to bright citrus.
A flinty character lingers throughout, and the finish trails off with a balance of fruit and acidity, leaving a crisp and refreshing final impression.
Nobilo Wines Sauvignon Blanc scored 3.5 Stars out of 5 on Wine-Searcher.
Nobilo vineyards are primarily located in Marlborough, New Zealand. Care has been taken to plant vines in the most welcoming spots with ideal soil ensuring grapes benefit.

A blend of white varieties. After fermentation the wine goes with its lees into vats and botas, it ages in these vats for 8 months, with regular tastings. The uniqueness of this wine lies in the contribution of a small quantity of manzanilla sherry wine
Our Moscato is made from fruit selected from premier vineyards in California’s warm Central Valley, where long, sunny days give the grapes beautiful floral aromas, and luscious flavors.
Sutter Home Moscato luxurious and sweet, offering delicate aromas of white peaches, rose petals and exotic lichee on the nose that lead to creamy peach, nectarine and juicy melon flavors that mingle with hints of caramel on the palate.
The sweet flavors are perfectly balanced by refreshing acidity, and a vivid, crisp finish. Our Moscato pairs beautifully with light cheeses, sticky barbecued ribs, grilled shrimp, and fresh, fruity desserts.
