La Vieille Ferme Reserve Brut Sparkling is made from chardonnay vines, planted on limestone soils, which provides the minerality and freshness that define French wines.
All Korbel California champagnes are made according to the traditional methode Champenoise, in which the champagne is fermented inside the same bottle from which it is served.
This time-honored process takes almost a year to complete, but the result is worth the wait.
The taste of the methode Champenoise style is famous for its delicate nuances and for producing the countless dazzling bubbles in every glass of Korbel California Champagne.
La Vieille Ferme Reserve Rose Brut is also made from vines planted on limestone soils, which allows the roots to draw the necessary freshness and water they need to provide good acidity.
Chardonnay provides a depth and structure, while the Ugni Blanc offers natural acididty and freshness. The light-bodied Gamay provides vibrant fruit expressions and a smooth texture.
Aromas: Bright aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry combine with notes of lilac and violet.
