The winery wanted to redefine this wine, which was previously one of the few short-aged reds in the area. To do this, new winemaking techniques were incorporated from the 2014 vintage. 3 months in European and American oak barrels.
Purple red. Fresh notes of red and dark berries, like blackberries and cherries, and balsamic notes of vanilla. Balanced, with soft, pleasant tannins. A round, greasy wine. Interesting ensemble of spicy notes with a forest berry aftertaste
