Description
Discovered in Burgundy in the late 19th century as a sport of Pinot Gris (a form of Pinot Noir), Pinot Blanc is widely planted in central Europe. Similar to a Chardonnay but stands out due its full-bodied structure and more subtle aromas. Heavily produced in the Alsace region in France.
