Grape Composition 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. Fermentation 15 to 20 days fermentation and maceration. Natural Yeast. Aging 12 months in concrete tanks. Vine Age 40 to 45 years old.

The Gonnet family has been settled in Bedarrides since 1600. The domain’s holdings are made up of several vineyards. Since 2006, Guillaume Gonnet has served as owner and winemaker of his family’s Chateauneuf-du-Pape estate
