Selected Albarino grapes from our growers who use our traditional growth techniques, 25 years old vineyards. Manual harvest, specially selected grapes, soft pressing before filtering them for 24 to 36 hours, fermentation at 46F
Straw yellow with intense, clean and bright green tones. Medium-high intensity, tropical notes, pineapple, passion fruit, melon and floral, jasmine, orange blossom. Mouth fresh, white fruit, apple, banana and citrus. very balanced
