The winery wanted to redefine this wine, which was previously one of the few short-aged reds in the area. To do this, new winemaking techniques were incorporated from the 2014 vintage. 3 months in European and American oak barrels.

Import: Batroun District, Lebanon.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Caladoc and Tempranillo. Aging: Part in French oak barrels 6 months. Cultivated with respect to sustainable agriculture, IXSIR’s vineyards are spread in the mountains of Lebanon on clay-calcareous and limestone soil

Hearty plum, vanilla, and cinnamon aromas
Flavors of black cherry and red berry fruit
Pairs well with grilled duck, pork roast, and tomato sauces

Terra Blanca’s Malbec is a little more restrained the the styles you see out of South America. But still has lots of dark fruit and cries out for BBQ.
